Questions
- Can I use it without selling through your POS?
- Yes. Staff scan the member's QR and key in the amount from your existing system's receipt, with its receipt number so it earns points only once.
- Can I import my products?
- Yes. Download the template from the Products page, fill it in and upload it. Products are matched by SKU, and the whole file is checked before anything is saved.
- Do customers need a separate card for each shop?
- No. Each customer has one member QR for every business on USEDATA Loyalty, and each business keeps its own points, tiers and vouchers.
