Questions
- Can I replace my paper stamp card with this?
- Yes. Points do the job of stamps: for example 1 point per dollar and a free kopi for 150 points. Members see their points on their phone, so there's nothing to carry or lose.
- Do I need to use the POS?
- No. Without a menu, staff scan the member's QR and key in what they spent from your existing till's receipt. Add your menu later if you want to sell on the POS.
- Does the POS handle sugar levels and add-ons?
- Yes. Option groups cover sizes, sugar and ice levels, extra shots and add-ons, each with its own price, and combos cover sets like a toast set with a drink.
