For businesses with stamp cards
Points instead of a paper stamp card
Paper stamp cards get lost, forgotten at home and copied, and they tell you nothing about who your regulars are. USEDATA Loyalty doesn't use stamps: customers earn points on their phone instead, and you see every visit.

What you get
Nothing to carry or lose
Customers open their member QR from their phone's browser or home screen. Points are recorded the moment you scan, and can't be stamped twice.
Rewards they can see
Members see how many points they have and what they can get for them, so the next free drink is always one visit closer.
More than a stamp card could do
Tiers for your best customers, birthday vouchers, tier-up rewards and spend milestones, all given automatically.
Know your regulars
See who your members are, how often they come back and what they spend, and export it whenever you like.

Meet Rachel. She's trying Kopi Corner for the first time. At the counter, she scans the QR code on the stand with her phone camera. She keys in her email, the code we send her, and her name. She's in, with a welcome gift in her wallet. She pays at the counter the usual way. No new POS needed. Then she shows her member QR. The cashier scans it on the counter phone, and keys in what she spent. Her points pop up on her phone straight away. And the purchase earns her a game ticket. See the red dot on Games? A loyalty programme that works with the counter you already have. That's USEDATA Loyalty.

Questions
- How do points compare to stamps?
- Points are stamps you can count in dollars: set how many a dollar earns and what each reward costs. A '10 stamps for a free coffee' card could be 1 point per dollar and a free coffee for 50 points.
- What if a customer doesn't have a smartphone?
- Members need a phone with a browser and an email address to join and show their QR. Staff can still serve customers without one as walk-ins.
- Can customers move their paper stamps over?
- Yes, by hand: HQ can adjust a member's points in the portal, for example to credit the stamps on their old card.
